I have been a longtime warehouse manager in the natural gas field. I am now looking to make a career change into something related to turf management and or landscape design. I am currently in college studying these topics. While I have not actively worked in turf or landscaping in quite a while, I do have several summers worth of experience in both from my younger days. However, what I do have recent experience with is: leadership, resource management and mission accomplishment in a timely and efficient manor. As a goals driven individual, with a constant desire to learn, improve and grow in my career, I believe I will be a perfect fit for a project manager or assistant superintendent position. My leadership style is to lead from the front, always working alongside my team and delegating where I see fit. Because I am currently pursuing my Turf and Landscape degrees, I am at the forefront of new techniques and practices in the industry. I am also not too “set in my way”, I am eager to learn from current management and tenured technicians to improve my knowledge to better lead and to become a more efficient manager.
