CurrentVice President Supply Chain Management : 2012 to PresentResponsible for all end to end supply chain strategy encompassing Strategic Sourcing, Demand Planning, Forward and Reverse Logistics, Warehouse Management, Inventory Control and Supply Chain Systems, to deliver best in class performance and leverage Supply Chain as a competitive advantage for the company. Proficient in Oracle inventory management programs. Presently managing the department wide Sarbanes Oxley(SOX) control review process covering all logistics locations across the company footprint. Managed $52 million operating budget, $155 million capital budget, $1.5 billion in purchased material.• Responsible for new product launch initiatives across the corporate footprint, to include the transition to the next generation of router technology, Live Rewind for the Cablevision Video Services and launch of a mobile internet phone called Freewheel.• Improved the use of Oracle ERP system focusing on inventory min/max levels to reduce overall inventory requirements and eliminating obsolete material. Achieved a one-time reduction in obsolete inventory of $13.5 million, significantly reduced backorders and reduced levels of slow moving obsolete material to less than $100,000 annually.• Enhanced the Remote Replenishment process by converting the manual paper system to a fully integrated system using hand held tablets and scanners to aggregate Technician requirements and to facilitate and track inventory movements in the Oracle Warehouse Inventory Module. Reducing inventory errors and increasing inventory accuracy at the same time.
