Discovery and designation of new product to be sold at trade shows (i.e.American Kennel Club dog shows, professional grooming shows, internet sales and company store merchandise).RMS/WMS product restock and reorder quantity maintenance. Creation of racks and table displays for extensive travel of items, creativity for product displays for optimal customer viewingTravel management and responsibility for entire crew. Travel coordination plans (workers, routes, tolls, fees, timing, hotel reservations, expense expectation, food allowances, rules governing dog show knowledge and professional behavior expected)Class B CDL driver for company vehicle.Vendor Booth Set Up; Assembly and care of company tent, Product display production and set up on racks and/or tables, register/computer/server set up, problem solving, company representative to business set up and communication with the show giving clubs,Show Pack daily responsibilities when running show booth: Computer use, customer service, effectively and efficiently cashing out customers, product knowledge and sales ability, product specific knowledge and use(i.e. grooming sprays/shampoos/conditioners, supplies, grooming equipment and caging), employee safety and booth security/theft detection and prevention.Daily Post-Show Responsibilities; daily sales reports, credit card reconciliations, gift card management, inventory report, cash handling/distribution and safety.Report of employee hours and show expense reports.Show pack Trainer; responsible for the training of new employees.Required to be an effective manager when working with other company departments (i.e. Marketing, Graphic Design, Warehouse, Company CEO, HR, Customer Service)to establish better ways to assist our customers, to guarantee special customer requests are met, to effectively promote the business, creation of product specials and check inventory amounts for special availability, advance product lines and introducing new product company wide.
