I am working 3 days per week as the Executive Director to assist the Board of Directors in setting up the coporation. The Board has hired a permanent part time Executive Director and I have returned to my permanent position with the City. The announcement of the new Executive Director should be out this week.

Set up purchasing and Inventory control functions and systems, created polices and procedures for staff. Set up a capital budget using the building Asset assessment that reflected a 20 year building cycle. Was part of the overall management team of the Home.
