As a Supervisor, I help oversee answering emergency and non-emergency calls to help those in need of assistance. Also, I help oversee the dispatching of correct resources to the correct locations including police, fire, and EMS. I also backfill positions as needed. As a collateral duty, I continuously update mutual aid alarm plans utilized by fire department agencies throughout the county, working closely with county fire mutual aid coordinators. Previously served as a 911 Dispatcher and Assistant Supervisor.As a collateral duty, I have been appointed as the Fire & EMS Liaison for the Communications Division of Somerset County. In this position, I am the point of contact for the Fire Chief’s Alliance and EMS Council for the county, and also a point of contact for the numerous Fire & EMS Departments in Somerset County.
