Hello :) I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Washington. I have supported over 750 people experiencing a diversity of mental and emotional challenges, including Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Bi-Polar, Borderline Personality Disorder, Schizophrenia and more. I have been working in this field for about 7 years, and have provided support in emergency rooms, in and outside of my office, via telehealth, and in schools.I am a practicing Catholic and view my clients especially in their relation to Christ. Through CBT, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Family Systems, and Lifespan Integration, I seek to provide support to those experiencing the heaviness of life which can come overwhelm and burden us, significantly decreasing our peace and joy.
