As a Manager I, I maintained my roles and responsibilities for the Store Returns Management, where I conducted research and analysis of data using a variety of business intelligence applications (SMART, Inkiru, Teradata, CCTV, etc.) to determine and validate decisions for customer returns based on behavior. On the Front End Innovations team I had the opportunity to lead in project management particularly with the Missed Scan Program (Everseen). I led the way in planning and launching this program to new program stores. I managed triage efforts for the Missed Scan Program team to identify process and/or tech problems and helped create timely solutions.

I conducted research and analysis of data using a variety of business intelligence applications (SMART, Inkiru, Teradata, CCTV, etc.) to determine and validate decisions for customer returns based on purchase/ return behavior. I helped support cross-functional teams to develop a criminal case pursuant to the prosecution and apprehension of persons of interest. I helped examine and evaluate new analytic model rules to increase business savings while improving customer experience.
