CurrentManages the disclosure of U.S Classified Military (CMI) and Controlled Unclassified Military Information (CUMI) to foreign representatives in support of officially approved United States Air Force international programsImplements United States Air Force disclosure and technology transfer processes for their supported activities and develop local requirements as necessaryEnsures documentation proposed for release to foreign parties comply with applicable DoD and Air Force foreign disclosure policies, applicable Delegation of Disclosure Authority Letters and are within the scope of existing international agreementsDevelops and implements foreign disclosure procedures while providing guidance on assigned international programs for the various program offices, wings and directorates.Approve or deny visits by foreign representatives to their supported organizations when electronically connected to the Security Policy Automated Network or make such recommendations to their Major Command, Direct Reporting Unit of Field Operating Agency Foreign Disclosure Office (FDO)Plans and conducts export control meetings in support of major international programs - Establish an initial and refresher foreign disclosure education program for personnel assigned to the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex supported organizations.Establish initial and annual Foreign Liaison Officer (FLO) orientation program for all AFMC hosted FLOs - Establish open lines of communication between the FDO and Air Force Security Assistance Center - Responsible for tracking and training Foreign Liaison Officers assigned to units within the organization - Establish procedures to process Technical Orders (TOs), Joint Engineering Data Management Information and Control System (JEDMICS) Drawings, Automated Computer Program Identification Number System (ACPINS) requests.Investigates and resolves violations of the International Traffic and Arms Regulations in respect CUMI and CMI non-approved releases.
