Over the course of my career and education I have developed a considerable skill set which could be valuable in a variety of industries and departments.I have over 12 years of experience in Healthcare both on the service delivery side and within Managed Care Organizations. This has allowed me to develop a holistic approach to Healthcare management. I have extensive experience in Community Relations and Outreach and really enjoy the opportunities my career has given me to be a teacher and mentor in the area of Financial Literacy. Numerous public speaking opportunities have allowed me to develop my own delivery style for diverse audiences. My time spent in Sales and Networking has helped me to develop the ability to quickly build rapport with individuals and leverage networks within a community.I am very passionate about the value of education and pride myself on staying continually up to date with my own professional development and am always encouraging my department to keep learning. Eventually I see myself working for (or creating my own) consulting firm to help businesses establish their own brand awareness and distinctive styles of customer (member) service and employee training and education.
