• Responsible for the day-to-day running of the Ecom department and supporting the team of pickers and drivers • Designing, publishing and maintaining rotas that are fair for all partners • Responsible for maintaining the budget by keeping track of how much overtime we can spend to hit our targets • Looking after driver timecards, maintaining a holiday planner that ensures a consistently smooth operation, and sharing customer feedback with the team to keep them motivated

• Overseeing all aspects of the delivery operation including upwards of 40 drivers and at least 10 vans at any one time • Conducting driver assessments and regular reassessments to ensure all drivers are capable of driving in a way representative of the brand • Arranging vehicle fixes and maintanence, including ensuring all defects are correctly logged and completed • Maintaining an extremely high level of health and safety and ensuring at all times the operation is legally compliantRecently stepped down from role due to return to University and a wish to focus on my studies.

My main responsibilities include ensuring deliveries are made on time and with excellent customer service, all while maintaining the highest degree of health and safety and road etiquette. I am proud that my driving stats frequently place me in the top 10 of all the store’s drivers, and pleased to bring a smile to the faces of my customers whenever I can.
