As a program specialist, I was provided the opportunity to manage and grow the adult day training program for The Arc. The ADT services included: work skills development programs, coordination with the supported employment department, managing the workflow and payroll for over 70 individuals with disabilities and independent living skills trainings. Additional duties included: employee evaluation, payroll for over 70 individuals, implementation plan creation, cross program recommendations based on daily tracking of behavioral and emotional observations and numerous other program development responsibilities.

Directly responsible for the ongoing treatment of mental health participants through daily group therapy sessions.Managed all program payroll, clinical documentation and quality assurance practices.Responsible for the development and implementation of complex treatment plans focusing on mental health diagnoses.Coordinates all projects and relations with our production department, ADT (adult day training) Programs and logisticaloperations.
