I am a trial attorney in the Dallas office of Greenberg Traurig. I handle a wide range of business litigation and complex commercial disputes. My trial practice is national, extending to both federal and state courts across the country representing both large and small businesses.By understanding the underlying business objectives, I work with my clients to create and manage a strategic and cost-effective plan at the outset of business disputes. I tailor each fee arrangement to fit the unique goals of of my clients and have extensive experience with alternative fee arrangements.I previously served as President of the Dallas Chapter of the Federal Bar Association and continue to be active in the FBA on the national and local level. Following law school, I served as a law clerk to the Honorable Frank Montalvo of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas.
