• Reduced backlog =>30 days from $800K to zero. Reduced late responsiveness (measured in periods of 24, 48, 72 hours) to customer request for quotes from greater than 100 misses per quarter to <6.
• Negotiated major raw board mfg contracts. Used one of the QI teams to directly interface with suppliers and choose best alternative. Result: Supplier rated with highest quality score received the contract and passed on.

• New Product Planning Manager Responsible for strategic planning, scheduling, purchase of machined parts, unit assemblies, unit test, and shipment of multi-board digital test units with revenues in excess of $92.5.
• Co-directed the start-up of the new production facility including program development, facility construction, contract negotiation, staff hiring, and deployment.
