After studying Economics for two years at the University of Colorado, Boulder, I left college to pursue my rapidly evolving career in retail. Using the business knowledge I had gained from school, my A-personality, and my ever growing desire to excel beyond expectations, I quickly became one of the youngest Assistant Store Director's in Safeway company history.My hard work and dedication drew much attention to me in the retail world, and I went on to work with the sales team of Snyder's-Lance, Inc. There I brought my in-store knowledge to a backstage setting and worked as a Sales Associate, alongside the district managers, to expand sales, and improve account relations in the Denver Zone.After much thought, I soon left retail to explore the trades. I became an apprentice electrician with a growing electrical company in the Front Range area, Powerhouse Electrical Services LLC. With an emphasis in new building construction, I have wired model homes for large construction corporations such as LGI, and Terrata Homes, as well as done custom work for Richmond American Homes. By taking great pride in all of my work, and my ability to think spatially has allowed me to thrive in this field. By taking a ground-up approach to electrical I have also learned extremely valuable troubleshooting abilities, and am able to troubleshoot many situations.I left Powerhouse Electrical Services LLC to work with Courtesy Electric Company, a large residential and multi-family electrical business, working on housing developments for Lennar, Cal Atlantic, Lokal Homes, Shea Homes, Tri Point Homes and Richmond American Homes. After obtaining my residential wiremans license, I left the residential side of the company to pursue my journeyman’s license. I have since finished a large luxury multi-use apartment building in downtown Denver; Neon Local, where I led the corridors and two amenity spaces. Afterwords, I worked at a large multi-family commercial job site in Littleton, Colorado, leading both the units and the site lighting, and gained experience in every aspect of a multi-family buildings construction. After deciding to pursue other applications on the job, I have since joined the team at ADK Electric Corp, an all commercial electrical company. I have completed a large freezer/refrigerator remodel at the KeHe distribution center in Aurora, Colorado, have worked at the Subaru manufacturing warehouse in Aurora, Colorado, started and finished a ground up school in Littleton, Colorado, as well as ran my own jobs as a foreman at Niwot and Skyline high schools.
