With over four years of experience in consumer research, I am a results-oriented and client-focused professional who delivers high-quality insights and solutions for large CPG clients. I work for Ipsos, a global leader in market research and consulting, based out of Chicago, IL.In my current role as a Senior Account Manager, I manage research accounts between $100K-$200K, design, field and analyze custom quant and qual research projects, produce reports using storytelling and data visualization principles, and guide clients through each part of the research process. I also lead account teams and serve as chief project manager on all aspects of research. Additionally, I have international exposure, having coached the UK team on best practices for account management.
