Schedule, prepare and ensure delivery of instruments and implants set for surgery. Responsible for maintaining accurate records of products as they flow through territory:-Maintains surgery schedule, and accurate records of products and kits in stockroom-Assists in annual physical inventory-Maximizes performance by making adjustments to inventory/instrument levels-Utilizes OSC Operation Center Software to schedule and prepare instruments and implant kits for surgery

Responsible for branch office sales and operations, which includes hiring and training recruiters, as well as maintaining existing market share while growing relationships with new accounts:-Increased sales revenue by 46% yearly-Acquired new key accounts (Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, Henry Ford Health System, St. John Health System) through bid processes and sub-contracting Built upon existing account base by maintaining strong relationships-Prepared office for preliminary JCAHO certification, resulting in a 99.5% score-Responsible for all branch operations (accounts receivable, overhead, external payroll billing)-Traveled the state of Michigan as a liaison to expand account base
