After my first year at Texas A&M I had the opportunity to move to El Paso to work for the El Paso Chihuahuas. While there I worked with the marketing team, sales team, analytics team, and social media team to provide analytics help where I could. The summer before my senior year I was able to work with the Enterprise Risk team at USAA. There I was able to serve the USAA community through volunteer service and working with the stress testing team. With the stress testing team I worked on the first three months of the year long stress testing process analyzing the entire companies lists risks to find the risks that appeared in aggregate. I also performed economic research to find factors that could possibly correlate to inflation. This research was used in a monthly economic report that is published to the entire company.
