Chevron Joint Venture TCO (Tengizchevroil). Utilized estimating skills with a team to prepare a “bottom up” estimate including roads/paving, excavation, undergrounds, concrete/piles, structural steel, paint, fireproofing, piping, electrical, instrumentation, safety equipment, and gas turbine generators for the designated areas. Used client supplied “Material Take Off” data to prepare a +/- 10% estimate including material cost, labor cost, man hours, allowances, and contingencies. Developed unit rates with a team for material prices and construction labor for construction work packages using CWP numbers (Chevron Work Process).

Learned estimating skills under senior estimators on several on/off shore oil processing facilities.

Accurately measured and estimated costs of window coverings for homes in various locations around the greater Houston area. Created a sales presentation for window covering products that also included a portfolio of completed installations. Other administrative duties as assigned.
