Provide operational oversight for a $60MM regional debt collection and credit company encompassing 550 employees across 3 states. Major clients included the Dept. of Education and other national companies including COX Cable, Target and Kohl’s.Led executive team to establish short/long-term objectives, business strategies and integration initiatives to drive future corporate growth and business continuity. Examined, developed and improved KPIs at all levels to ensure deliverables. Managed multimillion-dollar national P&L, which accounts for 100% of total company revenue. Ensured the highest level of transparency and accountability to move entire organization to outstanding standards of excellence. Oversaw 6 direct reports and team of 200. Orchestrated new accountability infrastructure from the ground up.
