Joe Hunter grew up in Columbia MD and graduated from Wilde Lake High School. In addition, my family was raised in Ellicott City since 1999. I’ve seen a lot of changes over the years and Howard County is still a great place to live.I’m proud to serve investors, buyers and sellers in the state of Maryland, primarily Howard and Prince George’s County. These areas are highly desirable places to live and are experiencing considerable appreciation.I specialize in helping investors find a potential investment property. And as a Veteran, I can assist military members with relocation services.Not only am I a licensed real estate agent, but I am a registered architect which means I am highly knowledgeable of the various house components and systems. In in addition, I have served in the capacity of environmental engineer for one of the top federal agencies.
