Orchestrated intelligence, operations, and sustainment for 6 departments and over 3,400 soldiers to ensure the organization is prepared for no-notice deployment anywhere in the world. Served as the lead agent for generation, projection, synchronization, and sustainment of combat power during Joint Forcible Entry Operations. In accordance with the executive initiatives, prioritized all planning efforts and provided oversight to plans, effects, resources, and sustainment. Directed Operations and Training for a 800-member division. Identified, coordinated, and allocated all training resources such as ammunition, training areas, Army aviation, Air Force assets, training aides, and schools allocations. Planned and coordinated all on and off-post field training exercises, including deployments to various installations domestically and internationally. Enforced training safely procedures.

Led a team of 11 Soldiers, responsible for the equipping, manning, training, and employment of an Iraqi National Police battalion of 725 soldiers / policemen in Baghdad as they develop to secure Iraq without assistance from Coalition Forces. Served as coach, teacher, and mentor of an Iraqi National Police Colonel, focusing on breaking old paradigms to produce a quality paramilitary force. Additionally responsible for the development of 4 National Police companies. Coordinated training and employment of 10 Officers and NCOs as the train their respective counterparts down to the platoon / squad level.

Served as the principal staff officer directly responsible for operations, training, and organization of 4 active-component and one U.S. Army Reserve-component Basic Combat Training Battalions, with a strength of 580 cadre and an annual Soldier training load of approximately 18,000 initial entry Soldiers. Prepared, coordinated, and published orders and memorandums of instruction concerning Programs of Instruction (PoIs), related training, activities, force protection, personnel, resource taskings, ceremonies, mobilization exercises, quarterly training briefs, and quarterly and yearly training guidance. Performed concurrently as the principal and staff officer for physical security and intelligence related activities. Implemented internal management controls that ensured efficient use of all governmental assets and resources.
