As a Project Coordinator my primary responsibility for this position was to support project planning, construction, and close-out activities as required by project or contract specifications. This position also assisted with the development of project plans and schedules to execute scope safety, efficiently, and cost effectively. I also help monitor project performance (cost, schedule, scope changes, safety, and quality).

Coordinated projects with utility contractors to ensure that our service was on par with the requirement of the project. Met face to face with potential clients to offer our service and products to them with a target sales goal of 1.2 million a year.Key Contributions & Accomplishments:Project Coordination – Successfully coordinated all aspects of our projects to ensure that each project was compliant with state and federal regulation and to ensure that the job was completed with in the clients’ satisfaction.Account Management – Meet face to face with potential clients and successfully turned them into a paying customer with a monthly revenue of $50,000 a month also Meet on a daily basis with existing customers to insure customer satisfaction.

Overviewed daily performance and made changes where necessary to achieve customer and profitability objectives by meeting with clients. Ensured target dates and customer requests were met and that services delivered were in line with customer requirements. Authorized and purchased goods and services in line with authorized spending limited to maximize cost effectiveness for the company. Monitored availability and costs of materials for services delivered and made changes where necessary. Key Contributions & Accomplishments:Opening Branch – Help with the opening of the St. Louis branch by recruiting and training new staff and successfully meeting the demand of the client that we were serving. Project Management – Coordinated the efforts of multiple projects to meet the needs and demands of the client to ensure the project was in line with state and federal government standards. All while maximizing the bottom line profit for the company. Also supervising up to 25 crews of two men or more.Account Management – Successfully grew the companies revenue form $0 to $500,000 with in one year and successfully maintained that revenue while continually growing the company by meeting with existing and potential clients.

Ran a crew of two men implementing highway work zone to ensure the safety of the client and motorist. Helped with the training of new hires to ensure that they were up to par with the demands of the work. Manufactured construction signs to the specifications of state and federal regulations.
