My responsibilities are working with the Executive Director to over see the entire Homecoming 2023 Executive Committee.In charge of 7 Logistics Directors that plan all of the major events during Homecoming week.Make sure Homecoming Executive Committee is up date on its contracts, meeting deadlines, staying within budgets, and being the person they come to in case any problems occur.Work with the Executive Director to develop long term projects for the future of Homecoming.

In charge of planning, organizing, and executing the largest student run parade in the nation.I lead a group of captains that help me plan the parade, as well as a group of committee members that help execute the parade.I work with several other directors, that in charge of other parts of Homecoming, in order to put on a week of Homecoming events.

I was responsible for designing and building any request I received from other committees within Homecoming. Some of these projects included a display board with the Homecoming courts, a Paint-the-Logo, and a new set of waste management system. I was also responsible for managing the inventory in the build unit and distribution unit for Penn State Homecoming.

Spent my summer working on implementing an Inventory Control System onto the Quaker at Lynchburg site. Allowed Lynchburg to track, manage, locate raw material inventory instead of estimated inventory count, which is what Lynchburg used before.

Worked with project manager on a residential high rise in Philadelphia.Planned and allocated resources, prepared budgets, and monitored progress throughout the project lifecycle.Responsible for overseeing and manage several of my own subcontractors, making sure their work was done right and on time.
