• Led 2023 acquisition of a state-of-the-art, 259,00 square foot production brewery in Daleville, VA, from Constellation Brands, expanding the company’s existing production capacity to meet demand and enabling growth.
• Key member of executive leadership team responsible for development of M&A strategy, evaluation of potential targets, and successful acquisition and integration of Bell’s Brewery in 2021, creating America’s largest.
• Drove high single digit improvement in gross margin through cost optimization, implementation of new procurement strategies, optimization of beer recipes through evaluation and application of analytical data, and.

• Chief Legal Officer responsible for managing all legal and regulatory affairs of the company, including corporate governance, finance, intellectual property, sales and distribution, supply chain, insurance, regulatory.
• Represented New Belgium in connection with the sale of 100% of the outstanding capital stock of New Belgium from the New Belgium Brewing Company, Inc. Employee Stock Ownership Trust to Lion Global Craft Beverages Pty.
• Represented the company in connection with the construction of a second production facility and distribution center located in Asheville, NC, including site selection, negotiation of governmental incentive packages.
• Supported the expansion of New Belgium’s distribution footprint from 23 states to all 50 states and several international territories, including negotiation of distribution agreements, distributor incentives.

• Along with the CEO, served as one of two internal members of New Belgium’s Board of Directors responsible for oversight and governance of the company. Member of Corporate Governance Committee and Nomination Committee.
• Key participant supporting global sell-side M&A process in 2019, resulting in sale of New Belgium to subsidiary of Lion.
• Development of corporate strategy, including setting financial targets, refining sales & marketing strategy, evolution of product portfolio, and development and implementation of multiple organizational restructurings.
