I am passionate about learning and teaching the Talmud at Machon Yaakov, where I adapt my style and methods to the different types of students, and impress upon them the brilliance and accessibility of the Talmud. I also give Chinuch classes based on the work of Rabbi Yechiel Yaakovson, and learn Gemara and prepare for the next shiur at Heichal Hatorah. Furthermore, I am pursuing a Bachelor's in Economics and Business Management at The Open University of Israel, where I am gaining valuable knowledge and skills in the fields of economics, business, and management. I hope to apply my education to my current and future endeavors, and to contribute to the economic and social development of Israel.In addition to my teaching I am a Rental Manager at Joseph Jacobs Property and Rental Management, where I transform vacation homes into dual-function properties that can switch between rental and personal use in a day's time. I manage the professional cleaning, photography, and advertising of the homes on various Israeli platforms, and ensure that only respectful clients are invited. I also handle the laundry, restocking, and general upkeep of the homes, and provide on-site assistance in case of emergencies. I have successfully increased the occupancy and revenue of the properties by 30% in the past year, thanks to my attention to detail, customer service, and problem-solving skills.I am also currently enrolled at the Open University of Israel where I am pursuing a double degree in Economics and Business Management.
