• Act as first point of contact for prospective students considering enrolling at Rasmussen College• Engage prospective students by telephone in discussion about their future with the goal of setting a campus visit • Demonstrate sensitivity and ability to effectively relate to and work with prospective students from diverse backgrounds and experiences• Conduct campus visits with prospective students to assess needs, showcase the benefits of a Rasmussen College education, and facilitate enrollment into the college• Mentor students from the application process through enrollment • Demonstrate a high level of product/program knowledge• Manage and update computerized prospective student database, application paperwork, and follow-up documentation• Prepare requested tracking forms accurately and on time • Maintain accurate knowledge of the College’s programs, student services, and area colleges• Create relationships that lead to growth opportunities through engaging local high schools, businesses and other members of the communities we serve• Support and contribute to Rasmussen’s commitment to diversity and inclusion

• Develop, implement, and evaluate health education programs• Coordinate and assist in the planning and implementation of large programming events • Supervise, train, mentor, and evaluate student employees, volunteers, and interns • Research, write, and create educational materials to help support a healthy campus• Provide support in developing and maintaining collaborations with University departments and broader community businesses and organizations• Present curricula in dynamic and engaging manner to both students and non-students in the community• Offer support and guidance for students in the Recovery Community while acting as a mentor in recovery and academics• Assist with the creation of an academically focused residential environment that supports students in recovery while pursuing a college education • Reach out to treatment facilities to promote the program through events and presentations• Serve as co-advisor to S.T.A.R.S., a student organization on campus
