 Mobility Fleet Manager for India and an authorized signatory for Honeywell Technology Solution and Honeywell International entities Create Monthly Highlights and Lowlights report on Key accomplishments across Mobility fleet wrt Status on wireless spend, special projects, KPIs (Key Performance Indicator), savings, and retake low C-SAT scores to develop actions Update Monthly Performance results to business in Delivery & Quality. The output is on Awareness, communication, improved understanding & alignment to achieve Enterprise Support priorities / Bridge gap and address issues. Driving resolution to the issues reported with the mobile devices and Enterprise mobile applications. Participate in RFP (Request for Proposal) to elicit bids from potential vendors for a desired IT solution. Implement strategies, best practices to reduce costs through automation and six sigma methodologies. Escalate Incidents at risk of breaching Service Level Agreement to the Incident Process Coordinator. Liase with Business IT managers to understand requirement of business and provide value added support. Playing a key role in standardization, simplification and transition of various processes Support E2E mobility quires (from ordering the device to fully configured as per company policy) Create Rate Plan Analysis and involve contract negotiation. Drive Cost optimization and cost savings initiatives to maximize profits

 Responsible for providing financial assistance to all Honeywell business travelers Audit travel expense invoices and process for payment Verify if the expense reports are compliant Educate Honeywell employees on Concur Expense Tool  Provide expense support across all different regions (APAC, EMEA & North America etc…) Initiate Ageing emails for missing receipts Handle credit refund process & corporate credit card reconciliation/late fee/dispute/reinstatement/debit & credit offset Create final expense report for terminated employees.
