This includes needs assessments, issuing RFPs/RFQs, evaluating proposals, and establishing SLAs, among other tasks.• Ensuring data security and access control measures are in place to maintain confidentiality, facilitate quick retrieval, and ensure timely availability of data• Implementation and monitoring of all Physical security systems, such as cctv cameras• Coordinating online meetings and marketing conferences using audio and web conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, etc.• Managing user and computer accounts using Microsoft Azure, as well as local directories. Implementing Single Sign-On (SSO) mechanisms to link accounts across different platforms.• Designing and implementing both microwave and wired networks involving creating a robust and efficient network infrastructure that supports LANs, VLANs, VPNs, and Wi-Fi.• Managing DNS settings, including CNAME, TXT, MX, and SRV records, to ensure that the company domain name (hadada-safaris.com) is properly linked to email platforms and secured• Performing daily data backups and regularly testing backup methodologies to ensure swift retrieval in the event of failures or cyber attacks
