I began my career in dialysis in the spring of 2002. I worked as a patient care technician for a total of 13 years. During which I worked in many clinics, hospitals and prisons throughout the country. I became a preceptor about two years into my career and fell in love with the gratification of helping others accomplish their goals and learn new skills. This desire to train others helped me transition into the next phase of my career. I joined the Clinical Education team in the Greater Phoenix area in 2015 and have been able to positively shape the careers of many new technicians and nurses along the way.Looking forward to continuing to grow both personally and professionally as I pursue a position in leadership in the near future!
