As a Veteran with 12years of IT experience, I have been responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and securing various communication systems and networks, as well as training and supervising other personnel. I have also gained valuable experience in communications planning, evaluation, and problem-solving.I am eager to pursue a career in cyber security, as I have a strong interest and passion for protecting information and systems from threats and attacks. To this end, I have completed a certificate in Information Technology from Coursera, where I learned about security incident and event management, threat detection, and risk assessment. I have also developed skills in Microsoft Excel, which I use to analyze and present data.
