- Worked closely with Marketing and Branding to develop new product components graphics for: bottle labels, shipping labels, product user manuals, and shipping cases- Worked closely with the contract manufacturer's Materials Manager and external vendors to create and order new product component specifications for: spray/foam bottles, bottle label materials, shipping label materials, and corrugated cardboard shipping cases- Created unique Product Master Records, Bill of Materials, and Finished Product Specification documentation with supporting documents- Communicated specification expectations, timelines, sampling, and quantities to contract manufacturing services- Functioned as Process Owner over several SOPs, and updated in order to to reflect current practices and improve documentation practices

- Served as the main R&D point of contact in order to make sure all timelines and expectations are not only met, but clearly communicated throughout the life cycle of a project- Initiated a custom, real-time, interactive database for over 100 product specifications using an open platform that all individuals in the process could access- Ensured the R&D team was on the same page for delivering quality outcomes by organizing documentation- Cultivated efficient workflows while simultaneously working on multiple projects

Worked as a solo designer for 15+ departments in the Division of Student Affairs. Created everything from items for WCU's website to all types of print materials; all while maintaining WCU's brand guidelines. The on-campus printshop and I work closely together to get clients the quality materials they need in time for their events and programs.

Three days a week I would help students in the design lab with any conceptual or technical needs they had for their projects. Worked closely with the professors for in-class workshops that were applicable to current projects assigned to the students.
