- Maintenance of mechanical issues of several Medical Device Production Lines.- Collaboration with Engineering teams, Quality Control, Supervisors, and Production Operators to ensure consistent production operations.- Training new Technicians and Operators on equipment operation, process procedures, and machine upgrades.

- Develop 2D and 3D designs for equipment and moulding components.- Create technical drawings of moulds and mould ancillaries based on requirements and specifications.- Collaborate with toolmakers to ensure product standards can be achieved, based on the requirements and specifications of the drawings

- Mixture of polymer and additives with compounding “twin-screw” extrusion machine.- Setting up and calibrating the “single-screw extrusion” 3D printer Filament production line.- Recording mass yield and machine settings to accurately compare testing results between batches of varying quantities of additive.- Development of testing methods and parameters for product to be 3D Printed into test specimens for mechanical properties comparisons.
