Served as executive for an End User Computing Transformation initiative which moved users from IBM Lotus Notes and Jabber to Microsoft Outlook/Exchange, SharePoint, and MS Communicator. Utilizing a combined delivery model of self-service and centralized, low cost resource alternatives. After Fortune 50 client acquisition and buyout, responsible for maintained positive relationships with a client acquired IT executive leadership. ✔ Accountable for creating supply chain systems for 40 new legal entities and setting up 25 new facilities across 20 countries in 15 months.✔ Spearheaded a Data Center Transformation, consolidating three of the client’s global datacenters into a trio of nationally-based, managed-services datacenters, enabling the client’s ‘always-on’ strategy.
