Customer service requires you to anticipate customer needs and develop tailored solutions on the fly, whereas analysis in the classroom requires the development of a depth of knowledge.The Microsoft Office Suite of products are something I have been using for over twenty years and I am extremely comfortable with Windows and Apple computers and mobile devices. In multiple roles I have been recognized by supervisors for my ability to adapt to new software, this includes being advanced to an Online Banking Specialist role with US Bank and being made first point of contact for a new patient management software with the VHA.I am a knowledgeable and flexible operator who can succeed in a verity of environments.
