I conduct / direct / oversee Preliminary Assessments, Site Investigations, Remedial Investigations, Remedial Actions, and issue Response Action Outcomes for known contaminated sites in NJ. I provide these services both directly to property owners and to environmental and engineering consulting firms on an "as needed" basis. I also provide Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessment services.

Developed technical proposals and reports, direct field activities, and coordinated regulators, contractors, responsible parties, and clients for industrial and voluntary cleanup program projects including preliminary assessments, site and remedial investigations, feasibility studies, and remedial actions for soil, groundwater, surface water, sediments and ecological receptors, Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments, underground storage tank closures, soil erosion and sediment control plans, engineering consulting, engineering and construction inspections, asbestos surveys, lead-based paint surveys, and radon testing. Developed Standard Operating Procedures related to environmental and engineering practice.

Developed and implemented Asbestos Sampling and Analysis Plan at 375-acre petroleum refinery, collected more than 2,700 samples of suspect asbestos-containing materials, and prepared Excavation Sampling and Analysis Plan for the closure of three surface impoundments at the refinery pursuant to RCRA. Prepared Hazard Ranking System scoring packages for two CERCLA sites.
