Working alongside the chefs, Food and Beverage Managers, and higher-ups to meet their demands.Invoicing and Budgeting management throughout every month to have financial accuracy at the end of the month to make sure our department is meeting its goals and having a streamlined revenue.Maintaining an optimal inventory. Crucial forecasting throughout weeks to make sure that the department has its needs for upcoming events. Plus, strong relationships with proveyors to have quality products to serve to guests. Working with staff to complete tasks such as banquet event orders, translating English to Spanish if needed to staff members, maintaining kitchen standards, and creating goals for each individual.
