In addition to his extensive managerial experience, he has also personally drafted, reviewed and negotiated hundreds of software license agreements, cloud computing agreements, end user license agreements, professional services agreements, OEM agreements, reseller agreements, technology agreements, strategic partnership agreements and procurement agreements with customers, partners and vendors, including many Global 1000 companies. Joseph has also led or co-led a number of critical company initiatives during his time at MicroStrategy, including the development and implementation of a process improvement plan that has driven significantly-increased efficiency in the company’s day-to-day business and legal operations.
