About Joseph Quick
I started with Pace Runners in July 2019 working as an accounting specialist, ensuring that driver commissions were accurate, managing the accounting ticket system, and providing settlement information to our operations teams. I transferred to the customer service team in January 2020, acting as liaison between our customers and operations teams, creating/sharing informational spreadsheet, and managing the dispatch software. I accepted a position in March 2020 on the night shift operations team as a logistics coordinator, assisting the night crew with dispatching, warehouse management, and sending delivery information to the customers, but was soon asked to be the day shift Logistics Supervisor in May 2020. In this role, I managed the sort and seg operations as well as the sort team, making sure that the freight was sorted correctly and deliveries were accurate, as well as ensuring the sort team was working efficiently and hiring new sorters as necessary. In September 2021, I accepted a new role as the Logistics Analyst, providing inventory management, clearing claims for our sort and seg customers, and managing the dispatching and dispatch software. I am still in this role today.
