● Gained the company’s first Joint Commission accreditation.● Designed and implemented a comprehensive onboarding and training program that was built to get staffers trained effectively and efficiently.● Detailed out the SOPs, policies and protocols that allowed for uniform service and expectations.

● Led and supervised operations over 120 team members: sales, clinical, and RCM/administrative, throughout 13 states servicing over 200 hospitals and 500 surgeons.● Supervised the completion and accreditation process which resulted in being the first intra-operative monitoring company in the nation to be Joint Commission Accredited.● Helped grow the company from 1 surgery a month to 700 surgeries a month, which sold at a worth of $52M.● Help lead company to become the 4th largest monitoring service in the nation at the time.● Led, identified and integrated 2 acquisitions of competitive companies.

● Organized educational programs, along with collection and distribution of food, medicine, and clothing from the United States to over 30 indigenous communities in the Ecuadorian Amazon Jungle and Coast.
