Project : 6th of October MonorailOwner : NAT (National Authority for Tunnels)Consultant : HILL INTERNATIONAL Generally Responsibilities:- Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all mechanical related works at site as per approved drawings and methods.- Estimates prepare and assign resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all Mechanical and related works prior to execution. Plans and analyses all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to the MEP at site.- Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs.- Plans the execution of all Mechanical related works and coordinates the works to Electrical and civil crews.- Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on a daily basis for all Mechanical crews at the site.- Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on a regular basis or as required.- Supports the MEP Manager in accomplishing all the goals and targets for the Mechanical and electrical groups at the site.- Ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards.- Ensures that all the works have done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.- Supervise the implementation of all mechanical works and equipment installation activities.- Attends regular meeting with a client, civil engineers, and consultant to provide an update on project progress.- Pre-resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems at a site that may arise at any time.

Project : Al-Kasr El-Einy Emergency Hospital Responsibilities :- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and continuous operation of all building systems including all mechanical works ( HVAC & Fire flighting systems).- Coordinate routine inspections, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of facilities equipment.- Monitor facilities systems for operational efficiency, and make adjustments as necessary to maximize uptime, reduce costs.- Lead project teams consisting of engineers, technicians, contractors, and other project stakeholders.- Handle emergency issues promptly and implement corrective measures.- Train and guide facilities staff in best practices, ensuring. compliance with all safety and operational procedures.

Responsibilities :- Study the tender documents (specifications, drawings, BOQ, method of measurements and contracts).- Review the technical offers to ensure that they comply with the project specs and compare between the financial offers and cost sheets.- Obtaining the technical and financial offers for all mechanical items.- Studying tenders commercial and technical offers.- Contacting suppliers and get offers for Purchasing.- Compare the project’s architectural, civil and MEP drawings to identify any gaps or conflicts and prepare RFIs.- Preparation of Materials Take off., submittals & invoices.- Communications with consultants and clients for technical approvals.- Study and analyze delays or damages in construction to avoid technical issues, cost and time deviation.- Conduct and handle progress meetings with (client, consultant) and handle requests in order to maintain project effectiveness and proper communication.- Administrate and review payments to subcontractors and suppliers to track and keep budgeting.

Project : Galala ResortOwner : Armed Forces Engineering Authority / TULIBConsultant : Diaa ConsultResponsibilities :- Ensure that materials are properly ordered and delivered to the job order.- Assist in monitoring inventory levels, requisitioning materials, and ordering new materials when necessary.- Complete and submit paperwork, reports and documentation accurately.- Assist in conducting job cost analysis, tracking costs.- Research and analyze suppliers, products, and plans to identify cost and logistics issues.- Coordinate with relevant departments and suppliers, and make recommendations for installation.- Create and update vendor and material lists, and update databases with product specs and quantities.- Maintain and update BOMs (Bill of Materials) in all systems.- Assign, monitor, and delegate materials-related work.- Determine material needs for projects and oversee their procurement.
