Negotiate the purchase of advertising spaces in newspaper, magazines and advertising times on TV and Radio stations and getting the best deals for clients whose i handling them like ( LG, Shell, GSEB Tefal & Moulinex, IFFCO, Cook Door, Electrostar, Marks & Spencer, Toys R us, Rani )2. Managing all TV, Radio and print bookings starting from Negotiation deals, booking the media plans, Following up on receiving the confirmation from each station, Sharing confirmation with planners, Informing them if any spots not booked in order to reallocate.3. Daily monitoring of all booked media plans in TV, Radio and press to make sure everything is on right track.4. Receiving suppliers invoices and revise it with media plan booked and deliver it to finance department to invoice the clients.5. Responsible for closing each month with finance department by providing them with all updates on booking figures before 25th each month.6. Full responsibility on providing buying director with monthly updated report which shows figures our spending vs. booking and saving across all mediums. Show less
