Worked mostly but not exclusively within Brigham and Women's hospital and its affiliated clinics. Installing and servicing CCTV systems, access control systems, alarm systems, and door hardware. Providing customer service and technical support to security, engineering, medical and administrative staff. Working with contractors from various fields to provide custom installations to fit hospital needs.Installing and servicing MICRO/5 access control panels running on a large Picture Perfect system containing over 120 MICRO/5's controlling over 450 doors, and alarm points. Utilizing H.E.S, Schlage and Von Duprin electric strikes, as well ass Locknetics and Securitron magnetic Locks. Von Duprin electronic and mechanical crash-bars. Various concealed, surface mount, and armored door contacts, and panic buttons as well as REX motion detectors and Pneumatic buttons. Provided customer service, training and direct technical support to hospital security, administrative, and medical staff.Installing and servicing VICON CCTV equipment including Analog DVR's, Network NVR's and RAID units. Using VICON, Pelco, American Dynamics, and Arecont Vision Analog and IP cameras. Supporting a network of over 500 cameras and 30 Network DVR's. Provided customer service, training and direct technical support to hospital security, administrative, and medical staff.Installing and servicing NAPCO panels, both independent and tied into our Picture Perfect access control system, and monitoring various different alarms including Freezer alarms, client activated burglar systems, Panic hardware, and MRI machine alarm contacts.
