My entire career has been led by the passion to make Governments and Education sectors more productive by adapting to emerging technologies.Throughout my career, I have always attempted to keep involved with new and innovative technologies as they developed in the marketplace. From hardware at IBM, (yes, I was around when the PC was introduced), to Public Sector consulting at KPMG when ERP's came around, and then jumped into the cloud with Cornerstone, a leading SaaS company in the industry. Currently I am with NICE Systems the leader in digital CX that pioneered the cCaaS marketplace to simplify user experiences through digital transformation by combining insights, engagement, guidance, and automation capabilities.I am a recognized leader in managing high performing sales and professional services teams focused on Cloud/SaaS deployments. Consistently, I have led my teams in multiple key metrics, including net-new growth, ARR, renewal retention, engagement P&L, and client acquisition costs. Personally, I was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia and now live in the same house I grew up in Sandy Springs, Ga. Two great kids, who went to University of Alabama and Ole Miss. I am very active in State of Georgia politics, as well as, the City of Sandy Springs. My personal passions are golf, faith, family, and friends..
