Senior Deal Desk Strategist- Revenue Operations
Current1. Provide dedicated strategic support for Commercial and Enterprise Sales partners in North America to drive compliant deals and maximize contract value.2. Manage complex and non-standard deal cases to facilitate a seamless booking process.3. Streamline the Sales process by identifying workflow gaps and initiating process automation and systems improvement projects.4. Accelerate internal approval workflow by establishing and maintaining the team playbook, in collaboration with the Legal and Revenue teams.5. Document new and updates to sales process and Global Booking Policies through the internal Sales and Deal Desk Knowledge base.6. Participate in system validation projects, including Zendesk to Servicenow migration, as the Subject matter expert on the WalkMe Quote-to-Revenue flow and CRM (Salesforce). 7. Lead the team’s monthly post-mortem meetings that covers the challenges and successes of the previous month and make necessary process improvements.8. Lead Sales Enablement initiatives, including material development and sales partners monthly training.
