    I worked as part of a learner monitoring team, to ensure all learners have thorough information, advice and guidance, through the day-to-day monitoring of an allocated learner caseload of around 250 apprentices, across a number of professional sectors. I supported the achievement and progression of learners throughout the duration of their apprenticeship programme, conducting 1.1 support sessions, systems training, setting and reviewing of individualised SMART targets and creating individual support plans, to encourage engagement and regular communication, for each learner to actively progress, with relevant and adapted support. • Confident in effectively managing a large caseload of apprentices within a remote setting, using a number of online systems, including Smart Assessor, Endurance, Smart VLE and Puzzle Telephone system. • Coaching learners through mandatory diversity, safeguarding and inclusion training and assessments, regularly marking and mapping of all assessments to ensure learners progress is monitored and updated to reflect achievement. • Working with ALN team to actively encourage learners to proactively engage with BKSB and Cognassisst; those who match to then engage with all ALN support activities to reinforce learner progress. • Using 121 System training sessions with learners due to lack of field staff, ensuring learners can confidently access the support and guidance, to help them meet SMART Targets and achieve expectations. • Ensuring timely escalation of any learner issues identified including health and safety, ALS and safeguarding and following relevant procedures in doing so. • Ensuring thorough compliance in regard to engagement, assessment and quality, managing all learner and employer enquiries in an efficient, effective and timely manner. • Completing learner support reviews, including, 8-10 week engagement reviews recording relevant information accurately, timely and using designated data portals and systems.
