• Answer phone calls and provide technical assistance to faculty using a remote desktop system• Provide face-to-face technical support to clients walking into the Help Desk Center• Input information of technical support into a web-based ticketing system• Manage inventory of University laptops and devices brought in for repair in a well-organized manner• Assistance in repair & troubleshooting of laptops, smart phones, tablets, etc.
