Led the data analysis and deck design for the creation of a decarbonization roadmap delivered to a NASDAQ-100 registered company. Led client facing meetings to establish the scope and priorities of the project. Other projects included construction of a carbon-offsetting portfolio, recommendation of scope 4 reduction strategies, and analysis of upstream supply chain engagement program.

Position acquired via the Hoffman Global Institute for Business and Society – entered as a member of a 6 person cohort, uniquely extended the contract from 3 to 6 months. Built models to quantify and monetize impacts of start-ups operating in Inclusive Education and Green Energy sectors incorporating 15 distinct KPIs. Published two insights reports distributed to over 200 prospective clients and investors. Directed two-person research team on the valuation of biodiversity externalities used to pitch large investment managers

Responsibilities: Managing the operations on-site including scientific research projects, educational programs and sustainable-income outreach initiatives. Supervising staff, interns and volunteers. Innovating on-going projects to eliminate excess cost or optimize output.Major Achievements: Managed funds and organized the official registration of the NGO with the Paraguayan government. Co-wrote business plan and approached international donors for property acquistion. Established an alliance with varioius conservation NGOs and national Universities in Paraguay.
