As a Project Manager in Gardline’s Commercial Oil and Gas team, my primary role is to lead projects from the initial tendering phase through to completion. This involves close coordination with multiple departments—such as finance, engineering, and operations—to develop comprehensive and competitive proposals that align with client expectations and industry standards.I am also responsible for monitoring project progress to ensure that we stay on track regarding deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. Effective risk management is a key aspect of my role; I work to identify potential issues early on and implement contingency plans to minimise disruptions.Another responsibility is liaising with clients, ensuring clear communication and transparency at each stage of the project. Regular updates and feedback sessions help build strong relationships and foster trust, as well as allow us to make necessary adjustments based on client needs or changing project dynamics.

As part of the Boskalis family Gardline supports the changing energy industry. Working within the geophysical department we provide a bespoke service for sea bed surveys using many different technologies. As a project engineer I will be involved with the management and maintenance of the equipment used in our service, liaising with clients and supplying technical support to our vessels out at see.

As a section chef I have worked as part of both a small and large team working to ensure service times are met and quality of food is to the highest of standards.

Serving the general public in a customer based role. Ensuring all customers have every need met.

Working in a customer based role alongside a wide verity of parents and children. Catering to the needs of the customer was the number one priority of this role. As a senior member of the team I help to organise staff and train new comers to ensure everyone was best equipped for the tasks they where faced with every day.

On a zero hour contract working as a day labourer. During a working day I will be emptying containers and helping package products that have been shipped through the company.
