My Duties and responsibilities include:- Performing technical analysis pertaining to the Zoning and Development By-law and other applicable by-laws and guidelines for complex and major development permit applications that require Development Permit Board, or Director of Planning approval;- Preparing a variety of different reports and correspondence, including consideration of the Development Permit Staff Committee and the Development Permit Board;- Assisting City staff, applicants and members of the public with regard to interpretations of by-laws, policies and guidelines;- Arranging and participate in meetings with applicants and other City officials;- Participating in on-going process improvements.

My duties and responsibilities include: review, coordination, and processing of development applications for compliance with various by-laws; coordinate development applications between various City departments, the community, review groups, owners, developers and design professionals from the initial application stage to permit issuance.
