 Develop and implement effective training programs. Assess the training needs of the BDC team and create customized training plans toaddress their specific requirements. Deliver training sessions on various topics such as client business overviews,business paint points, objection handling, and closing techniques. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the BDC’s and provide feedback andcoaching to help them improve. Develop and maintain training materials, including training manuals, presentations,and job aids. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologiesrelated to BDC and incorporate them into the training programs. Collaborate with the management team to ensure that the training programs arealigned with Cogent Analytics objectives and goals. Conduct ongoing assessments of the training programs to measure theireffectiveness and make necessary improvements.
